Renowned Hong Kong actress Cecilia Cheung has long been known for her beauty, emotional acting, and turbulent personal life. A Childhood in Silence and Resilience

When asked why her Mandarin pronunciation sounds so unique, Cecilia Cheung explained that it likely comes from the way she learned to communicate as a child.

My grandparents were hearing-impaired,” she shared softly, so I grew up using sign language.”
